Definition:

The scan type, dimensions, and/or pixel aspect ratio of the video file do not meet the technical requirements outlined within our delivery specifications.

Solution:

Review the video file's height, width, scan type, and pixel aspect ratio in relation to our delivery specifications. A re-encode will most likely be required. If the file is a ProRes file then you can attempt to adjust the pixel aspect ratio (pasp) within JES Extensifier and reupload.
