Error Code:

Conversion Error - Low Quality Video

Low Quality Footage refers to an image sequence that exhibits visual qualities lesser than the primary source image. It impacts the content quality of an asset. The customer experience is adversely affected if integrated footage is of such a low quality compared to program footage that it is un-watchable. A low quality image may make characters or objects blurry or noisy. This issue may be creatively intended or inherent to source footage. Any video created from this asset will contain Low Quality Footage.

Severity Structure:

The low quality is on archival footage integrated into program.

Needs Review

The low quality is on archival footage created for the program; there's contextual evidence that indicates it could possibly be creative intent.

Needs Fix

The low quality image is very apparent, distracting, and does not show any evidence that it's creative intent.

Review and confirm if this is creative intent; otherwise, investigate if the footage can be improved. In more severe examples, footage should be replaced with high quality footage that matches the resolution and quality of adjacent shots.
