Description:
"Low Quality Footage" refers to an image that exhibits visual qualities lesser than the primary source image.
Impact:
Low Quality Footage impacts the Content Quality of the asset. Member experience is adversely affected if integrated footage is poorer quality or does not match rest of program. Low quality may make images blurry or overly enhance video noise and in worst cases may make content unwatchable. Low quality footage will be further degraded in any downstream assets derived from the source asset, if additional compression is applied.
