Description "Low Quality Footage" refers to video that lacks image detail, color accuracy, appears low resolution, and/or is generally inconsistent with the high image quality standards that would be expected for professionally captured content.
Impact Low Quality Footage negatively impacts member experience when integrated footage is of a poor quality or does not match the rest of program. It distracts from the story and in worst cases, may make content unwatchable. Any downstream lossy compression will result in the further degrading of image quality.

Solutions
How to Prevent Avoid using lower quality archival/ stock footage whenever possible. Utilize cameras from the Netflix Approved Camera List for the majority of capture, and adhere to Netflix Image Capture Best Practices whenever possible.
How to Fix Consider replacing with higher quality footage, matching the expected/intended native resolution and quality of surrounding shots and the program.
