Description "Missing audio treatment" is when expected enhancements or corrections to an audio mix intended to achieve a certain quality or effect are not present or are inconsistent with the on screen visuals (e.g. reverb/delay, pitch correction, equalization or EQ, etc.)
Impact Missing audio treatment negatively impacts the member experience when the audio is not consistent with on screen contextual cues.

Issue Audio is clearly inconsistent with the on screen visuals or does not have the expected sound design quality based on contextual cues (e.g. A crowded dance club scene includes main actors speaking, but dialogue cannot be heard over the music/crowd walla or audio is missing expected “echo” in a scene in a large, empty airplane hangar).
