Question:

Why can I not upload assets into the "Library" in Content Hub?

Answer:

Assets must be uploaded either:

  • Against the Source Requests that appear in the "Requests" tab.
  • Uploaded into your Workspace that appears within the "Assets" tab and then submitted against a Source Request.
  • Uploaded into the Cuts or Localization categories within the "Assets" tab (applies to editorial and localization assets only)

The "Library" group is a "read-only" view representing the "Delivery List".
