Question:

I completed the survey and received a Hermes number but did not receive a link to the test. How can I access the test?

Answer:

Due to immense volumes, the texts have been delayed and can take up to 2 hours. If after 2 hours you have still not received a link to the test, please email hermes.support@netflix.com and be sure to include your H-number.
