Why isn’t the video playing for me in Phase 4?
Please make sure you that you are using a machine with Windows 8 or higher for PC and OSX 10.11 or higher for Mac. Also verify that your Flash Player is at least Version 22.214.171.124, you are using a Chrome browser, and you have at least at 20mbps internet connection.
You may need to enable the Flash plugin within Chrome, which you can do by following these steps:
- Type "Chrome:Plugins" into the search bar of your browser. This should open the Chrome plugins settings page.
- Click the box under Adobe Flash Player that says "Always allowed to run".
- Restart Chrome.
- Mobile devices are currently not supported.
