Question:

What is the normal turnaround time for a Branded Content QC report?

Answer:

Asset QC - NORMAL Priority (5 Days)

Upon delivery of those assets, which receive Branded Content QC (currently, the Native IMF, Domestic Printmaster discrete .wavs, M&E discrete .wavs, and Domestic Atmos BWAV ADM), ingest inspections and the subsequent time for the Asset QC request to process can take up to 2 full days (48 hours).  Once the Asset QC request becomes READY, all Netflix Branded Content QC partners are held to a 48 hour SLA from the time they select an available request from our open self-assignment pool OR are manually assigned to a request.  Once the QC operator submits their results, a verifier at another Branded Content QC partner will review the report for accuracy and clarity before completing the request.  The verification Branded Content QC partners are held to a 24 hour SLA.

Asset QC - RUSH Priority (3 days)

For those cases where an expedited turnaround is required, the processing time will remain the same.  However, once the Asset QC request becomes READY, all Netflix Branded Content QC partners are held to a 24 hour SLA from the time they select an available request from our open self-assignment pool OR are manually assigned to a request.  The additional verification step is skipped altogether.
