Backlot Source Requests - Insights
The "Insights" buckets provide feedback to Content and Fulfillment Partners with visibility into which source requests Netflix considers time-sensitive or urgent, so delivery partners can take action and prioritize accordingly.
Your requests are grouped into four categories: Requests, Critical, At Risk, & On Track.
Requests
This is a complete list of all the open, delivered, processed, and redelivery requested Source Requests for the last 180 days.

Backlot Source Requests - Request States
Unassigned
This bucket displays all source requests that have not been assigned to a Fulfillment Partner. All requests need to be assigned to a Fulfillment Partner, this is the only way for them to see requests and gain access to materials via the Backlot UI.
Awaiting Materials
This bucket displays the Source Requests that have been assigned to the Fulfillment Partner by a Content Partner and the Fulfillment Partner has not indicated that they have received the necessary materials to begin work.
Materials Available Bucket
If the Fulfillment Partner has marked the material status for any Source Request as "Received" or "Accepted" the Source Request then moves to the Materials Available bucket.
In other instances, the rules are as follows:
- For Subtitles, SDH/CC, and Secondary Audio, if Service Type is marked CONFORM and if Netflix proxy is available, then the Source Request moves to Materials Available.
- For Subtitles and SDH/CC, if Service Type is marked CREATE (or unspecified), if the title is Licensed content, and if Netflix proxy is available, then the Source Request moves to Materials Available.
- For Secondary Audio, if Service Type is marked CREATE (or unspecified), if the title is Licensed content, if Netflix proxy is available, and either Printmaster or M&E source audio is available, then the Source Request moves to Materials Available.
- For Subtitles, SDH/CC, and Secondary Audio, if Service Type is marked CREATE (or unspecified) and if the title is Original content, then the material availability is determined by the ready for localization rules.
