The Details Page allows you to see more details of a request to see all the information you care about - the media, the metadata, the status, and more. This user guide will walk you through how to navigate the Details Page.
Locating The Details Page
To view the page:
1. Locate the request you wish to view and then select View in the Action column.

Viewing Delivered Files/Folders
Within the Details Page, you can see a full list of files that have been delivered for this request. Files that are not delivered inside of a folder will automatically be visible on the Details Page when it opens.
Figure C
If your media has been delivered in a folder, you will see the folder collapsed under Assets with a caret (>) icon next to the folder.
Figure D
Select the caret (>) icon next to your folder name to expand the folder to show you the files inside.

Checking Metadata
Within the Details Page you can see various metadata for: files, folders, assets, as well as the request itself.
By default, the side panel shows metadata for the request. You’ll see the Description of the deliverable, which Category and Sub category it belongs to as well links to Help Guides on the Partner Help Center. Additionally, if any notes were added to the Delivery List for this deliverable request on this show, those notes would also appear here (Note: notes from the Delivery List not shown in Figure F below).
Figure F
To view file-specific metadata, select the individual file. The side panel will update and show you metadata specific to that file. Depending on the media file --- video, audio, or still image -- the metadata shown will vary.
Figure G
Viewing Asset History
Within the Details Page you can see the history of each request and the files within the request.
For the request itself, you can see if the files from the request have been released, who they have been released to, and who released them (as well as any notes that may have been included in the release).
To see this history, select the Request Name from the Assets table. Then from the side panel select the Asset History tab.
Figure H
To see more history and metadata on individual files -- like details about when the files were uploaded and who added them -- you can see that information within the Assets table.
Figure I
Within the Assets table, you can resize the width of your columns as well as scroll right to reveal more columns of information. To resize a column, hover your cursor over the column headers and you will see a thin vertical line appear. Click and drag that vertical line to resize columns.
Figure J
Viewing Errors on a Request
If a delivery process fails, you will see an error message in the side panel. Failures include a missing checksum, failed checksum, failed inspection, failed proxy generation, and a link to file a ticket or visit The Partner Help Center.
If the request failed AssetQC, you’ll see a warning in the side panel. This includes a summary of QC errors (ex: 2 blockers, 3 issues), a link to Partner Help so partners can learn more about QC, and a link to the QC report.

Production Center/Backlot Delivery
When the request is supposed to be delivered somewhere outside of the Content Hub platform, you will see a direct link to Production Center or Backlot on the Details Page.
