Welcome to the Netflix Partner Help Center. Have a question or need help with an issue? Send us a ticket and we'll help you to a resolution.

When uploading your original camera footage using the Netflix Footage Ingest Application you don't need to use a specific Netflix folder structure, we offer a convenient folder template to streamline your uploads and save you a few extra clicks.

By using our folder template, you can automatically integrate details like the Shooting Block, Unit, and Day Number into the upload interface. Feel free to use all the fields provided in the template or just the ones that suit your needs.

Please note that uploads are limited to one day at a time. You have the flexibility to upload an entire day's footage in one go, split it into multiple uploads, or even upload individual camera rolls as needed.
