With the proper permissions, you will be able to download assets from the Media Library page in Content Hub. Before you begin any downloads, please ensure that you have Aspera Connect installed.
When accessing the Media Library page, please note that the page will default to dark mode and if you need help navigating the Media Library page you can find help here.
Downloading a Single Asset Grid View
Hover over the asset you wish to download and then select the down arrow icon to Download.

Aspera Connect will initiate and you can monitor the progress of the download there.
Downloading a Single Asset List View
Select the down arrow icon to Download from the right hand Actions column.

Downloading Multiple Assets in Grid View
Hover over the files you want to download and select the checkbox in the upper left of the thumbnail. Select the Download button located above your assets grid.

Downloading Multiple Assets in List View
Select the checkbox to the left of the row containing the asset information. Select the Download button located above your assets grid.

Downloading from the Media Player
Select the Download button from the upper right hand corner.

Downloading from the Info Panel
From the info panel, select the Media tab.
