Definition:
There is a character in the timed text file that is not supported. The error message provides the unicode of the unsupported character, the actual character [X], the contents of the affected event [Y] including the unsupported character and then the contents of the event with the unsupported character removed [Z]
Solution:
Please refer to the Netflix Supported Glyph list for a list of approved characters and fix the unsupported characters.
