Error Code:
Frame Error - Non-Native Aspect Ratio
Description:
This error can be issued for two reasons:
- The image is either squeezed or stretched, usually resulting from content encoded incorrectly at 4x3 or 16x9.
- The content within the file we have received does not match the aspect ratio of the theatrical release. For example, if a theatrical release had an aspect ratio of 2.35:1, while the file we've received has an aspect ratio of 1.78:1, we are losing a lot of information from the left and right-hand side of the image.
