Question:

How do I know if an asset has passed Manual QC?

Answer:

Currently, there is no view that will show you when an asset has passed QC. If you have not received a Redelivery Request after 10 days of delivery, you can safely assume no issues have been detected with the file.

If you require more immediate feedback, please contact the Netflix representative via Backlot and they will prioritize the Manual QC of the asset in question.

Please note that a Redelivery Request may still be issued if any problems are detected with the asset in future. For example, customer feedback, etc.
