Channel count (8) does not match implicit channel count in mapping (2)


The channel count attribute does not match the audio channel mapping specified within the metadata.


If the file has the correct number of channels then you will need to redeliver and adjust the channel mapping tag through the Backlot Delivery UI. 

If the file has the incorrect number of channels then you will need to re-encode and redeliver with the expected channel count and configuration as per our delivery specifications.
