Incorrect Asset - Asset Type
“Incorrect Asset Type” refers to the wrong file type or format that is delivered to fulfil an asset request.
e.g. Dubbed Audio delivered when Audio Description is needed/requested.
The asset cannot be used on service, as the file delivered does not match the specifications or file type requested.
The asset is not consumable, as the file delivered does not match the specifications or file type requested.
How to Prevent:
Review filenames and extensions in comparison to source request when delivering.
Ensure you have met the requirements for the asset type being delivered. For example, when fulfilling an Audio Description Source Request the final deliverable should be a Full Mix with Audio Description, not a file which only contains the Audio Description.
