Sync - Intermittent
Description:
Timed Text sync with audio/video is inconsistent throughout the program (i.e. some scenes are in sync and others are out of sync).
Solution:
Correct the sync. If you are not originating the file and the issues are unfixable then an alternate source free of the intermittent sync issues must be located.
