UNMATCHED-1 (No Movie Match)

Error Message:

Failed to match to any movie. Unable to match to a single movie from the possible matches: [Downton Abbey: Series 3: "Episode 6" (70263218), Downton Abbey: Series 3: "Episode 6" (80076485)]


Our system may include multiple database entries for a given Movie or TV Episodes and based on the information provided in the manifest, we are unable to clearly determine which database entry matches this asset.


Be sure to include the Netflix Request ID within the manifest. Failure to do so may result in this issue.

Ensure all other tags in your manifest are also correct.

If you are still having issues after carrying out the above then communicate the error to the Content Partner Specialist (CPS) via Backlot and we can escalate the issue internally.
