We delivered assets late to our Fulfillment Partner and don’t want our delays to affect their metrics. Can we please have the due date updated to give them some more time?


As long as your Fulfillment Partner is keeping the "Fulfillment Partner Material Status" buckets up-to-date then we are able to track when assets were received by your partner. Adjusting the "Due Date" will not have any impact on your Partners metrics.
