Question:

The Fulfillment Partner I used in the past was listed as a preferred partner. I no longer see them on the list? 

Answer:

Our preferred partner program (NPFP) is always evolving. New Fulfillment Partners can be added and removed from time to time.

A Fulfillment Partner will be dropped from the NPFP program if they repeatedly exceed our KPIs over consecutive quarters.
