This issue is encountered when a Partner has made a mistake that does not fall under any of the existing manual or automated error codes. A common scenario where this occurs is where a Partner informs their Netflix representative of an issue they have identified with a file after the delivery has completed, but before manual QC has begun. The specific issue will be communicated to you in the Source Request comments in Backlot.

We encourage all Partners to ensure all checks are performed prior to the delivery of the asset being made.
