On Thursday, December 8, 2016, Backlot Support will be moving to a new ticketing system. After this move, partners and users of Backlot will notice a change in the look of the email responses received after contacting backlot.support@netflix.com. You will get a ticket number and an assigned agent who will work with you on your issue to resolution.

Partners who work directly with our Media Engineering and Partnerships team will recognize this email format - it is the same system used by MEP for their ticketing. Other than how the emails look, nothing else will be changing at this time - all correspondence will remain via email. We plan more changes in the near future, and we'll post updates here in the Partner Help Center when we're ready to release them.
