We have introduced several visual enhancements on the Download Materials page in Backlot, making the information available on the page more clear and actionable.
Improved Browsing Experience
We’ve streamlined the look and feel of the page in general, increasing the readability of information by making better use of available screen space while maintaining the familiarity of the page.
Updated Filtering Interaction
Use the filter controls at the top of a column to quickly find an asset to download. Note that these controls have been available in Download Materials, but they are now more accessible and will be displayed at all times.
Improved Context in the Side Panel
We’ve reorganized and improved the readability of information presented in the side panel that opens when you click on a file.
The version and “Latest” labels have been combined in a new purple label, and we now show the QC Status label on the Detail tab if applicable. The Update History tab still provides historical information about when a file was delivered and has changed QC status (if applicable), and the Download History tab still gives details on which, if any, of your colleagues have downloaded the file.
