VFX Assets Turnover

Folder Structure and Naming Conventions

Legal characters: [ a-z ], [ A-Z ], [ 0-9 ], [ . ], [ _ ], [ - ]

ILLEGAL: spaces or any other symbols/characters

ILLEGAL:Duplicate files and folder names. Empty folders.

VFX Upload Requirements

Unlike other image sequence requests through Content Hub, VFX requests do not require a checksum.

Please deliver all VFX deliverables zipless, and reference our shot naming best practices for VFX Shot names and folder structures.

Project pending, uploads can either be submitted directly to their request tab or via workspace. However, due to the ease of Workspaces for multiple files and folder structures it is recommended to utilize workspace for larger requests. Workspaces are required for any workflows that utilize the Mailbox feature in Content Hub.

Please work with your Netflix VFX representative to determine which delivery method is appropriate for your project.

*Please keep image sequences in specified shot folders when submitting. Do not submit image sequences outside of folders to request buckets. Large file counts should also be submitted in a folder, not individually for any deliverables.*
