The Delivery List is currently in the process of being migrated out of Content Hub and into Production Center. The article below only pertains to projects in which the Delivery List has already migrated. If you are unsure of your projects' status, reach out to your main point of contact at Netflix.
Important to note before proceeding: 1. Typically, assigning requests is performed by someone from Netflix Studio. However, there are some cases where an external admin would perform some of the assignment of deliverable requests that get delivered into Content Hub. This ability is restricted to certain roles and permissions. If you do not have the Production Admin role on a specific Content Hub project, then you will be not be able to assign requests on that project. Here is how to check your own permissions within Content Hub (in this case for the test user “Content Hub Karl”): Figure A 2. Adding or editing the assignment of a request can only occur when a request is in an Open or Redelivery state. Adding, editing or removing an assignment is not allowed when a request is in any other state. Also, as a reminder, any assignment made in Content Hub will also be reflected in the new Delivery List experience in Production Center. Learn more about that experience here in Production Center Note: that you may need a Production Center role that grants Delivery List access in order to see Delivery List help resources on this page. If you are unable to access, check your point of contact at Netflix. 3. When trying to assign a request to an individual person (as opposed to an entire vendor), it's important to note that only individual user accounts that have a vendor association as part of their Netflix Studio-provided account will appear in the search. If you are not seeing the specific user you are looking for, reach out to your point of contact at Netflix to help ensure they have been set up properly. |
