The Footage Management page in Content Hub is where you will be able to view, share, and download the rolls that have been uploaded through the Footage Ingest Application.
If you need to download anything, you should ensure that you have the latest version of Aspera Connect installed.
Tabs
The Footage Management Page is divided into tabs to help you easily find the assets you are looking for. You will see tabs for:
- Ingest
- Clips
- Camera Rolls
- Sound Rolls
- Look & Interchange Files
- Other
- Camera Formats

The current Category you have selected will be highlighted with a blue underline.

When looking at clips, camera/sound rolls, look & interchange files, and other tabs you will be able to perform additional actions.
Views
Grid view will be the default but once you change the view that will persist. To switch between grid or list view select the icon located of your preferred view.

Filtering
When looking at the assets located in each tab you can filter down to the assets you care most about. The search bar is located above the assets and all filters are additive.

To filter:
Select the + sign in the search bar. Select the filter category you wish to use, this list is dynamic based on the category you have selected.

From the drop down select the filter then select the filter you are looking for. Press Tab and your assets will filter.

To remove all applied filters select Reset to the right of the search bar.

To remove a single filter select the X next to that filter. If you applied multiple filters within a filter category they will be removed as a group.

Sorting
When in list view you in addition to filtering you can also sort your assets. To sort, click on any of the column headings and your assets will automatically sort.

Advanced Sorting
In both the Grid view and the List view, you can also apply Multiple sorts for more with the sort table. This table allows more advanced controls over the sorting of the columns in your view, including the ability to set a sort order.
To access the sort table, click on Multiple to open up the sort order table.

This will open the sort order table, which will show the default sort order. You can restore to this default order at any time by selecting Reset.

You can make changes to the default sort order in various ways. For example, you can change the order of a field by ascending or descending.

You can change one of the fields in its existing position in the sort order by clicking into one of the fields to reveal the dropdown of field options.

You can also add a field to your sort order by selecting +Add Field.

Once you have chosen your sort order with the table, select Apply.
