From the Media Library page in Content Hub you will be able to view metadata on each asset that are part of our long term archive.

Locating Asset Metadata

For every asset you can locate the metadata by selecting the i Icon for the asset. This will open a new modal where you can view details about your assets.

Metadata Tab

The first tab you will see is the Metadata tab. Here you will see an overview of your asset, file information, and other identifying information.

Media Tab

The second tab you will see is the Media tab. Here you will see the original uploaded files and any proxy files that were created to playback the file in Content Hub.

You can select the carrot next to each asset. This will display additional metadata about that asset, including an overview, production information, file information, timecode information, video information, and other identifying information

People Tab

The third tab you will see is the People Tab. Here you will be able to see who has shared the file and an overview of the share settings. Including if they can download the file and when the share expires.

Activity Tab

The fourth tab you will see is the Activity Tab. Here you will be able to see a history of what has happened with the asset. Including when an asset has been shared or downloaded and by whom.
