Starship is Netflix’s self-service onboarding and access utility. Each user in the Netflix partner ecosystem has their own profile which associates them with their respective Vendor and permissions for Live Event Manager.

When onboarding users you will want to use one of two permissions. Live Event Manger permissions are not additive and you will want to only grant one role

Starship Role Description
TX Book Viewer Expanded This is read only access, but should give full visibility into TX book data.
TX Book Viewer Limited Same as above, minus signal flow and keys info.
