Definition:
An unsupported file format has been uploaded. The error message will provide the filename along with a dump of the contents of the file. In the example above we can see that a .PAC file has been uploaded however this is not a format we support.
Solution:
Export a file format that we support and redeliver. Ensure that you deliver only formats that are listed in our technical specification.
