Should you run into any issues that cannot be solved by the troubleshooting guide found here, you can submit your user logs to Netflix for further assistance.
Submitting Your Logs
1. Select the wheel icon in the upper right.

2. Under General, select Submit Logs by clicking.

Your logs will be sent to Netflix Engineering and you will submit a ticket to support so they can proceed with further triage.
Locating Your Logs
Should you need to locate your logs they are located at:

Additionally within the Media Suite Application you can open your log directory by
