There are three QC error severities:
BLOCKER
A severe error that would make the content unwatchable, such as global sync offset or incorrect asset. Blockers take priority over issues and FYIs, and always need to be addressed/fixed before launch.
ISSUE
Errors in the content that may cause a negative customer experience, or create a poor archival asset, and potentially require a fix. The majority of errors in QC fall under this category.
FYI
General notes about the asset or the content, or minor video or audio anomalies that don't impact user experience. FYI notes do not require fixes, although external production teams may do so.
Please check the Error Code Glossary for further guidance on severities, issue types and how to flag them.
