Definition:
Inspection results have detected that the supplied audio file's maximum true/sample peaks exceed the -2 dBFS threshold defined within our delivery specifications.
Solution:
Overall gain must be lowered to bring peak levels into spec compliance. Peaks must be limited and audio re-exported. In cases where peaks are inconsistent throughout, re-mixing may be required.
