You have the ability to download media in the Details Page for a request.  Before you begin, please ensure that you have the latest version of Aspera Connect installed.  A detailed user guide on how to navigate the Details Page can be found here.

Downloading Single Files

1. In the Details Page for the request, select the individual file by clicking on the row of the individual file.

2. From the right hand side panel select Proxies.

3. Select the 3 dot ellipse by clicking and then select Download in the menu that appears. Please note: you will not be able to download the DRM Proxy.

Downloading Multiple Files

1. In the Details Page for the request select the individual file by clicking on the row of the individual file.

2. From the right hand side panel select Proxies.

3. Select the checkboxes to the left of the file. You will see your updated selection count above the proxy list.

4. Then select the Download Icon above the proxy list. Please note, you will not be able to download the DRM Proxy.

Downloading Image Sequence Frames

1. Hover over the right-hand side of the image sequence from the file list. Then select the 3 dot ellipse menu that appears by clicking.

2. Select the Select & Download Frames from the drop down.

3. Input the frame range you wish to download. You can download up to 10 frames to spot check this image sequence. Then select Download.
