We have introduced some exciting updates to the QC Report export function in Asset QC!
1. We've added the option to download the QC Report as a CSV file.
Selecting the “Export CSV Report” option will open a preview of the report.
- Note: Within the preview, columns are sortable, but no sorting will be applied in the actual CSV export.
The header on the CSV report matches the format of the previously available PDF export that includes the export date, processed date, title, and other related fields.

2. We've added new fields to the QC Report.
In the Header you will now find:
- Package ID
- Target Language
- Applicable to “secondary” language asset types
- QC Request Status
- Whether the request is in Fix Notes Needed, Fix Notes Submitted, or Complete states.
- QC Last Updated
- Reflects the latest date/time stamp where any updates occurred to the current QC Request
In the body you will now find:
- Issue State
- Refers to the current state of the individual Issue entry
- Issue Flag Version
- For redelivery QCs/fix checks, the version number in the delivery history chain where an issue was first added.
- Fix Notes Comments
- Only certain roles will be able to export comments
3. We've improved the file names of QC Reports exported via CSV. File names are now contextual and more easily read, and follow the naming convention of:
TITLE_MOVIEID_PACKAGIEID_VERSION_LANGUAGECODE_QCRESULT_ASSETTYPE_EXPORTDATE_QCREPORT.CSV
For example:
Netflix_Show_Season_6_Episode_2_81692459_2227913_v1_EN_FAIL_PRINT_MASTER_20240304_QCReport.csv.
4. Data exported as part of the QC report in either PDF or CSV format will now automatically be filtered based on the filters applied in the Issues Panel.
