Customizing Your View
Each title and episode if applicable will have its own Project Page. Project Pages are made up of different “cards” with information that relates to the title.
By using the Card Settings button, you rearrange the order that cards appear by dragging and dropping. With Snapshot and Status pinned as your top two cards.
These settings will show up for you on every Project Page you visit (and only you), will persist to every title, and can be adjusted any time!
Contacts
Select Vendor Admins, can add a “Contact” to a specific live event. Adding contacts allows other users of LEM to see the contact information of other individuals operating a live event. Remember, the process of adding a contact from an external organization, such as a Vendor or Production partner, grants that user access to that specific live event.
Click the “+ New Contact” button on the Contacts Card to start.
Enter the name of the contact you're looking for, and Live Events Manager (LEM) will search through all available contacts from Starship. Then select Save.
If the contact isn't found, click the “Create Contact” link to add the new contact directly in Starship. To learn more about starship and how to add contacts, please see the detailed user guide here.
Reporting an Issue or Making Feature Request
If you encounter an issue with LEM or have a feature request, you can submit your request by selecting the “?” icon towards the top right hand corner of LEM.
