What happens when a translator credit is omitted? How do I communicate if a translator does not wish to be credited and a waiver has been obtained?
Answer:
Assets with missing credits will be failed, and a redelivery will be requested. If the partner has obtained a waiver, they should indicate this in Backlot when updating the service type.
If you indicate that there is no waiver on file, we will QC for the presence of a translator credit and fail the asset accordingly.
