Translator Credits

• I am working with a pre-existing subtitle file and I am unable to obtain a translator credit. How do I communicate this?
• What happens when a translator credit is omitted? How do I communicate if a translator does not wish to be credited and a waiver has been obtained?
• What is my responsibility when it comes to supplying Netflix with translator credits?
