Overview

This guide provides instructions on editing shortcuts and explains how to import and export them. You can also reference the shortcuts towards the bottom of the page. 

 

Please note: Your keyboard might not be configured to the same keys. For example, a German keyboard recognizes the Y as a Z when you use it as a shortcut.

Finding Your Keyboard Shortcuts

Select the keyboard icon in the Navigation bar at the top right of the page.

 

 

 

Edit Shortcuts

It is important to edit shortcuts, especially if you have a keyboard that is not compatible with Netflix. (German keyboards recognize Undo as Cmnd+Y)

Follow these instructions:

1. Select the pencil icon.
2. Assign the new shortcut by pressing your desired keys when the shortcut box appears.

3. Select the checkmark to save.

 

 

 

Import and Export

Clearing your cookies and cache will reset your shortcuts to their default settings, causing you to lose your custom version. To save a copy of your shortcuts, use the Export option at the top right of the window. If you need to restore them, use the Import option.
