What's Changed

Backlot and Asset QC will be upgrading the Aspera Connect plugin integration to the latest stable release v3.9.7, which contains important bug fixes.

Immediate Action

Please follow this link to install the latest Aspera Connect plugin v3.9.x 


As of February 5th the Backlot and Asset QC will stop supporting the older version of Aspera Connect which is going to impact the following workflows:

  • File Uploads
  • File Downloads


The changes will be deployed in production on February 5th, 2020 10:00am PST.
