What is a "metadata only" redelivery?

Answer:

A "metadata only" redelivery is one that only requires you to update the metadata associated with the delivery. In Backlot it will appear like this:

There are a few issues that can be resolved simply by updating the metadata without having to re-upload the asset.

If you believe an issue you encountered can be corrected by performing a metadata only redelivery, please ask the Netflix representative to update the Source Request to "New metadata only" via Backlot. If a Source Request is already set to "New metadata only", but you determine that a full redelivery is required, please ask the Netflix representative to update the Source Request to "New source and metadata" redelivery via Backlot.
